support the Missions of Veteran Service Organizations
The Iowa Veterans of Foreign Wars Foundation is proud to support the missions of Veteran Service Organizations across the state of Iowa. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, managed and operated by U.S. Combat Veterans and family members of U.S. Combat Veterans, the Foundation recognizes that the strength of our military and veteran communities depends not only on the individual veteran but also on the network of organizations that serve them.
Through financial assistance, partnership, and advocacy, the Foundation provides direct support to legitimate groups and organizations that are dedicated to improving the lives of America’s service members, veterans, and their families. This includes, but is not limited to, Military Family Readiness Groups, USO, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Marine Corps League, AMVETS, Wounded Warrior Project, Combat Veterans Riders Association, Irreverent Warriors, as well as other recognized and reputable support organizations that share our purpose.
Our goal is to strengthen the collective mission of these organizations by helping them expand their outreach, sustain critical programs, and meet the evolving needs of Iowa’s veteran population. Whether it is providing emergency financial relief, improving access to health and wellness resources, or fostering camaraderie and community reintegration, the Iowa Veterans of Foreign Wars Foundation is committed to ensuring that no veteran or military family stands alone.
When you support the Iowa Veterans of Foreign Wars Foundation, you are not only helping veterans, you are empowering the entire network of service organizations that stand guard over their welfare. Together, we ensure that the values of duty, honor, and sacrifice continue to be honored through action and service.
